Purchases made on the website have no extra cost. The price to pay is the price specified in each product, which already includes taxes. Shipping products do have an additional cost, which may vary according to your geographic location and carrier fees imposed by Correos de El Salvador (El Salvador Postal Service) and DHL. • Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
• Shipping
Quinta Esencia Studio sends packages to anywhere in the world, through Correos de El Salvador (El Salvador Postal Service), within 15-20 business days, not including shipping time. The express delivery service is shipped through DHL, and it has an additional cost. In some cases this particular shipping service may not be available.
• Copyright
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is protected under El Salvador copyright laws, and is the property of Quinta Esencia Studio. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Quinta Esencia Studio or purchasing Quinta Esencia Studio products.

Quinta Esencia Studio will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition for store credit or exchange only. items must not have been worn. We are not able to issue store credit or exchanges on sale items. returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
